These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ni77 platform and its services. ni77 (collectively "we", "us", "our") refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated under the ni77.asia domain. "Member" or "you" refers to anyone who has registered on ni77 or is using the platform.

By creating an account on ni77 or using any of the platform's services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. We strongly recommend reading through the full terms before registering.

Ni77 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. If verification fails, the account may be temporarily suspended until the required documents are submitted.

Ni77 currently supports deposits via bKash and Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are usually credited to your account within 1–15 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, cancellation is only possible within a limited window — after processing begins, it cannot be reversed.

Withdrawals may be delayed or rejected in the following circumstances:

• When KYC verification is incomplete

Once a bet placed on ni77 is confirmed, it is considered final. ni77 reserves the right to void any bet confirmed at abnormal odds due to a system error or technical fault.

Betting Rules for Matches & Events:

• Pre-match bets placed before an event begins cannot be cancelled once the event is underway
• Bets placed during live betting take effect immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled afterwards
• If a match is abandoned before completing at least 50% of scheduled play, all related bets will be voided and refunded
• If a result is determined by the DLS method, that result shall be considered final
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining legs will be settled accordingly

Maximum bet limits are set individually per market and may vary depending on the odds. If an account consistently shows a pattern of winning large bets, ni77 reserves the right to adjust that account's bet limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ni77. Violations may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening or verifying an account using forged or another person's identity documents
• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual
• Exploiting bonuses through fraudulent methods (bonus abuse)
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information
• Betting against yourself or colluding with other members to place syndicate bets
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to hack or exploit security vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. It is advisable to fulfil all bonus wagering requirements before closing your account, as bonus balances cannot be recovered afterwards.

Ni77 also reserves the right to close an account if:

• Evidence of prohibited activity is found
• Fail KYC verification or provide incorrect information
• Due to prolonged inactivity (no activity for more than 36 months)
• At a member's request under the Responsible Gaming policy

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any valid balance will be refunded. If closed due to a rule violation, a decision on whether to forfeit the balance will be made based on the circumstances.

To appeal an account closure decision, email support@ni77.asia within 14 days of receiving the closure notice. There is no guarantee the decision will be reversed, but all appeals are reviewed fairly and in good faith.

These terms are provided in Bengali, but the authoritative legal version exists in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. Disputes will be resolved primarily through arbitration.
